Processing and Shipping Timeline
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become available.

Delivery times may vary, but most orders will arrive within 7 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are determined by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Home Rehab Equipment.

Order Status
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you are still waiting to receive your order within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Peter@homerehabequipment.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Damaged Items
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please note:

  • Returns will be subject to shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed for the order total minus these fees.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at Peter@homerehabequipment.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
