14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns 14 days from the date you receive your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All returns require the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes full risk for the items until they are returned to us.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • Returns in original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Condition of Returned Items:
    • If the returned items are damaged, missing parts, or incomplete (e.g., missing documentation, warranty cards, manuals, or accessories), the refund will be reduced accordingly at our reasonable discretion.

Scooters and Wheelchairs Return Policy

Scooters and wheelchairs are considered final sale due to their size and the associated shipping costs. Please review product details carefully to ensure the item meets your needs prior to purchase.

Nonrefundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Clearance items

Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Important Information About Damaged Scooters and Wheelchairs

Scooters and wheelchairs have specific return and warranty policies due to their size and nature.

If your scooter or wheelchair is damaged in transit, we cannot accept returns. However, these items are covered under warranty, and depending on the damage, we’ll work with you to provide replacement parts or a new unit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product using our return process and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
